Rosemary is both a physical and mental stimulant. It helps relieve tired, overworked muscles, boost memory and concentration, aids circulation and nutrient absorption in the body. In skin care, it's commonly used to tighten and tone skin, reduce under eye puffiness and lighten dark spots and blemishes. In hair care, Rosemary's circulatory properties stimulates hair growth and fights dandruff, giving you a luscious shiny mane.
Try It: Make a hair tonic mist by adding 60 drops (3ml) rosemary oil to 100ml of distilled water in a spray bottle. Shake well before use.
Blends well with: basil, bergamot, cedarwood, frankincense, ginger, lemon, orange, peppermint, lavender
Caution: Not advisable for use if suffering from seizures, epilepsy or hypertension. Avoid use during first trimester of pregnancy.
