Orders have an estimated delivery time of 3 to 5 business days. During peak and festive seasons, processing time may be extended to 5 to 10 business days. You'll receive an email notification with tracking details once your order is despatched.

Free Delivery
Local orders of SGD60 and above enjoy free delivery.

Standard Delivery
Your orders are shipped based on weight, with fees starting from as low as $5.00. You can find out your shipping fee prior to checkout confirmation when you place your items in your shopping cart. There is no surcharge for handling or packing materials.

Unsuccessful Delivery
In the event of an unsuccessful delivery, please request for a re-delivery by visiting the link provided in your tracking email or SMS.

As airlines have prohibited the presence of liquid onboard flights, we regret that we are not able to ship any of our liquid products internationally. 

RETURNS POLICY

We take great pride in the quality of our products and strive to give you a pleasant shopping experience. Due to the perishable nature of our products, we regret that we are unable to accept returns for reasons other than errors made on our part.

Returning An Item

• Order number
• Name of item(s) and the quantity
• Reason for the return
• Photographic and video examples

Refunds

We will initiate cost refund of the returned item(s) back to your original mode of payment within 1 business day of receiving your return package. Depending on your bank, funds may take up to 10 business days to be credited back to you.
