Nutmeg is highly beneficial for relieving rheumatic pain due to its analgesic properties. It is commonly featured in medicinal and aromatherapeutic remedies for muscular aches and cramps, gastrointestinal issues, pain management, halitosis, insomnia, and anxiety. Since nutmeg oil is antibacterial and antiseptic, it may be used in many cosmetics meant for dull, oily or wrinkled skin. It may also be used in making after shave lotions and creams.
Try It: Make a Christmas blend with 2 drops nutmeg, 6 drops sweet orange and 2 drops cinnamon
Blends well with: cinnamon, clary sage, rosemary, orange, black pepper, eucalyptus, ginger, lavender, ylang ylang
