Shipping & Returns
Local orders have an estimated delivery time of 3 to 5 working days. During peak and festive seasons, order processing time may be extended to 5 to 10 working days. We will contact you by email to inform you of your order tracking number once your order has been despatched.
To reward our customers, local orders of $100 and above enjoy free delivery.
Local Delivery (3 to 5 Business Days)
We ship with Qxpress or Speedpost based on weight, with shipping fees starting from as low as $3.80. You can find out your shipping fee prior to checkout confirmation when you place your items in the shopping cart. There is no surcharge for handling or packing materials.
In the event of an unsuccessful delivery, please request for a re-delivery by visiting the link provided in your tracking email. Click on "Track My Parcel" to find the contact information of your assigned courier.
Express Delivery (Next Day)
For urgent deliveries, we ship with Grab Express or Lalamove at a flat fee of $15. Orders received before midnight will be despatched for delivery the next day between 2pm to 6pm. Please arrange to be available to receive your items. Unsuccessful deliveries and re-deliveries will incur additional charges.

We ship all international orders by air with Speedpost Standard which offers doorstep delivery and tracking.
International orders have an estimated delivery time of 5-25 working days, depending on your region. Please note that your order may be subject to customs inspection in your country which can cause delays. Additional custom or duty fees may apply upon arrival.
As airlines have prohibited the presence of liquid onboard flights, we regret that we are not able to ship any of our liquid products internationally. Products we are able to ship include facial clays, face & body scrubs, balms & salves, face & body powders, oil diffusers and all other solid products.
Each country has different laws and regulations on import. Before you place your order, please be sure of your local customs laws. Sabun cannot be held responsible for any customs restrictions, taxes, duties, tariffs, quarantine or package warehousing fees assessed by your local customs office. These charges are separate from your shipping charge, and refunds on orders will not be extended for any reasons outside of our control, that result in non-delivery of your order.
We take great pride in the quality of our products and strive to give you a pleasant shopping experience. Due to the perishable nature of our products, we regret that we are unable to accept returns for reasons other than errors made on our part.
Returning An Item
• Please contact us with your order number, name of item being returned, and the reason for the return along with any photographic evidence.
• Include a copy of the order receipt in your return package, with all original packaging and accessories.
• Mail the item(s) within 7 days of delivery to : Toa Payoh North Post Office PO Box 764 Singapore 913133.
We will refund the cost of the returned item(s) back to your original mode of payment and contact you with confirmation of your refund within 2 working days of receiving your return package.
Refunds will not be issued for items:
• found to be used or tampered with
• returned more than 7 days from date of delivery.
