Not popularly known but highly useful, Thyme oil has traditionally been used to help relieve coughs, fatigue, gout, arthritis and rheumatic pain to name a few. It assists in the elimination of toxic wastes from the body. When hit by a bout of flu, it helps to have it in the diffuser. Thyme essential oil makes for a great insect repellent as well.

Blends well with: most citrus oils, rosemary, lavender, tea tree, black pepper, pine
