WITH MAGNESIUM FLAKES & EPSOM SALT

It's a double dose of magnesium therapy - coupled with a herbaceous medley of lemongrass, clove, lemon and ginger to relieve muscle ache and tension. A great post-workout bath to replenish lost electrolytes, this warming synergy of oils is also good for days when you're feeling under the weather.

To Use: Sprinkle 2 to 3 handfuls of bath salt directly under a running faucet. Use a jet or shower head to create more foam. For optimum scent, use warm/hot water and close off windows and vents. (Do note that magnesium flakes tend to clump together - this is normal. Simply break apart with fingers prior to use.)

Caution: Avoid use during pregnancy. Beware of slippery floor. Ginger and lemongrass can be sensitizing to skin, stop use and rinse immediately if discomfort occurs.
